I’m looking for someone to do some simple graphic design for a t-shirt. I’m willing to pay a small amount.
I’m looking for someone to put together a simple design and then save it as a file type that will allow me to have it print and look good on a t-shirt. I plan to use cafe press or equivalent.
Any ideas where to look for such a person?

If you really DO mean only a small amount of money, I suggest you contact the art department at a local high school or college. There should be plenty of talented students who can use the work and really need the little money you can afford to pay.
Some of these students are capable of producing work as good as most professionals.

You’ll most likely get various responses if you give enough detail on what you want. Only thing is you got to make a DA account to post, but it’s free so it shouldn’t be that big of a problem.
