Mens Designer Shirts

My stand to make people look or how can attract people look or how should decorate my stand in local flea market will be selling designer shirts and sweatshirts how should decorate my stand.

Basiclly I want to start my own clothing line for infants and toddlers, I got the basics down the name,sketches my friends and family like and I want to put it on a shirt, what is the next step? Do I have to buy my own color shirts and then take it to the people who does the screening? or I just go to a t-shirt factory and ask them to do my sketches? please help!!!
